CHIREC (Centre Hospitalier Interrégional Edith Cavell) is a private healthcare network offering consultations, care and medical specialities at several sites, including the Hôpitel Delta in Brussels, the Braine-l’Alleud Hospital and the Clinique Sainte-Anne Saint-Remi in Anderlecht.
What did CHIREC want?
The CHIREC network had an in-house staff benefits programme. It required a lot of resources and was only available in the form of a list of participating partners communicated by email or poster to staff.
Management was looking for a wider and more effective benefits programme that would relieve the internal workload.
What solution did we come up with?
We set up a bespoke digital platform bringing together dozens of benefits to which all employees have access via the creation of a personal account.
Our offer included the integration of all pre-existing partnerships negotiated by the CHIREC team and future partnerships.
Today, the digital platform chirecdeals.be is a comprehensive loyalty programme that stands out for its combination of standard and customised benefits that can’t be found anywhere else.
With what results?
The majority of employees are now registered and active on chirecdeals.be. Word of mouth has done its job internally, proving that the programme meets a need!
