Fnac wanted to activate its customer base more, as it has done in France, and put extra added value into its existing membership program. For this, we went looking for a Belgian partner that could create and manage the program, with reporting, local content and experience as its key cornerstones. We developed a custom platform with a range of (local) benefits to create that extra value for the members. The program was launched in 2019 under the name ‛Fnacpass’.
